PAYMENTS
We currently accept VISA, MC, DISCOVER and PayPal. Please double check your currency before placing your order.
SHIPPING:
We ship orders using USPS PRIORITY MAIL and / or DHL. You can track your shipment on the USPS WEBSITE, and DHL WEBSITE.
There are faster shipping options available for an extra cost during checkout. If you need to have your order by a certain date, we recommend you upgrade to a faster shipping method that is available during checkout.
To meet our high standards of service, regardless of volume, all orders are shipped out within 1 business day (24 hours) after receiving the order. If orders are received on a weekend or a holiday, orders are shipped the very next business day. DHL and USPS will only accept shipments to a valid street address. We do not deliver to P.O. Boxes or Rural Route Addresses.
We are pleased to announce that Silver Fox Scissors Inc will cover any customs fees that are accrued during international shipping.
WARRANTY RETURNS:
All Silver Fox scissors are covered under our lifetime warranty unless specified otherwise. Silver Fox Scissors are warranted to be completely free of material and workmanship defects. We will repair or replace any shears that we find are defective or malfunctions. Please note normal wear and tear, damage caused by third party sharpening, and abused or damaged products are not covered. Shipping and handling both ways must be covered by the customer and is not the responsibility of Silver Fox Scissors Inc. PLEASE NOTE: Sharpening services are not included with any Silver Fox Scissors purchases. This service can be purchased on our website.
If you are interested in a return or exchange, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and an explanation of the issue you are experiencing with your item.
